The vegetarian style Baked Mostaccioli

Ingredients: rigatoni, pasta sauce, optional meat and onions. 

  1. Boil water and salt.
  2. Preheat oven 350.
  3. Add 1 (or 2) boxes of rigatoni.
  4. Cook thoroughly. 
  5. Once cooked, add enough red sauce so that the pasta isn't dry after you bake it. 
  6. Add a handful of cheese to the pasta and sauce, mix.
  7. Pour half of the pasta into a pan.
  8. Add a layer of cheese.
  9. Add the last half of the pasta on top.
  10. Add a layer of cheese on top. 
  11. Bake for 12-30 minutes depending on how crispy you like the ends/top!
