This recipe is inspired by a dish at Penne Rosa Noodles & Company.

Ingredients:

  • 12oz of fettuccine (or another pasta of your choice)

  • Parmesan cheese

  • ¾ cup of heavy whipping cream

  • ¾ cup of whole milk

  • 3 Tbsp of butter

  • 1 Tbsp of flour

  • 1 clove of garlic, minced

  • 2 roma tomatoes, chopped

  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:

Boil the pasta in salted water. While the pasta is boiling, melt the butter in a saucepan on medium heat. Add in the tomatoes and let sit for 3 minutes. Then add the garlic and leave for another minute. Stir the flour into the pan and slowly pour the heavy whipping cream and the whole milk until everything is well mixed. Let simmer, stirring occasionally. Add in the cheese and season to taste. Once the pasta is ready, strain and mix in with the sauce.
