"As long as I can remember, プリン (purin or custard pudding) has been my favorite food. I was fond of the rich and creamy texture and the sweetness of the caramel at the bottom (or on top if you invert it onto a plate!) ever since I was a child. The ingredients are few, and this particular recipe does not include the caramel-making process, so I hope everyone will try making it, especially if you do not consider yourself a skilled baker!
